  • Job Description

    • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) to address inquiries, complaints, or requests.
    • Offerings and provide accurate information to customers, including product features, pricing, availability, and usage guidelines.
    • Responsible for managing customer accounts, updating information and handling account-related queries or modifications.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
  • Job Requirements

    • Diploma or above in any field.
    • Preferable to have a minimum of 1 years experience in Customer Service-related areas.
    • Working experience in the call centre or automotive preferred.
    • A quick and willing learner that can master all details of our product and call taking techniques.
    • Customer-centric / Strong customer service mindset.
  • Job Type

    • 5 days a week, rotational shift
  • Salary

    • Basic RM3000
    • KPI allowance up to RM300
