Job Description:

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and raising issue related to the company products.
  • Handle project's customer service issues (Shopee, Lazada)
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.
  • Deliver the best service to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
  • Any others and responsibilities that may be assigned from your superior from time to time for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Customer Service Quality Management System.

Job Requirements:

  • Passions in customer service field.
  • Fresh graduates in any field are encouraged to apply (Training will be provided).
  • Able to serve short notice/immediate available.
  • MANDARIN is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
