Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat platforms efficiently and professionally.
- Follow standard operating procedures to deliver excellent service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
- Keep updated on company policies and product knowledge to deliver accurate and helpful information.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum qualification of SPM and above
- Preferably 1 year of customer service or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) is required

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
