We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Manager to oversee all recreational at our resort.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Recreation Manager will play a key role in creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that they have access to a diverse range of recreational options and entertainment during their stay

· Plan, organize, and implement a comprehensive recreation program that caters to guests of all ages and interests.

· Introduce innovative and exciting activities, events, and entertainment options to enhance the overall guest experience.

· Supervise and manage recreational facilities, including pools, sports courts, and activity centers. Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and adhere to safety standards.

· Recruit, train, and supervise a team of recreation staff.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest service.

· Implement guest suggestions and continuously strive to exceed guest expectations.

· Develop and manage the recreation budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

EXPERIENCES:

· Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, or related field

· Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreation industry

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and other departments

· Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs
