Job Description

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing new hire documentation.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring all personal, payroll, and performance-related information is accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
  • Support the HR department with employee relations, resolving any issues or conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Administer payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits.
  • Help maintain the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including the evaluation, feedback, and goal-setting for employees.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential for interacting with employees, management, and external candidates.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and ensure accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to address HR-related concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement solutions in a fair and effective manner.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing HR needs, processes, and technology.
  • Professionalism: A professional demeanor with a focus on confidentiality, integrity, and respect for employee privacy.
