Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer cum Marcomm Executive to join our dynamic team. This role combines graphic design expertise with marketing communications (Marcomm) strategies to deliver impactful visual and written content with design, storytelling, and brand building skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Develop and design creative assets for digital and print media, including brochures, social media posts, advertisements, and packaging.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns and promotional materials.
- Marketing Communications:
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage content creation for social media platforms, email campaigns, and websites.
- Write and edit compelling marketing copy for various channels.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners for promotional activities.
- Brand Management:
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights for brand improvement.
· Develop and execute marketing strategies:
o Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase college visibility and attract prospective students.
· Content creation:
o Create and edit compelling content for the college’s website, brochures, social media, newsletters, press releases, and other communication materials.
· Video production:
o Plan, shoot, and edit short video clips for promotional campaigns, social media, and event highlights. This includes creating storyboards, capturing footage, and producing final cuts.Social media management: Manage the college’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), creating and scheduling engaging content to drive engagement and reach marketing goals.
· Event promotion:
o Collaborate with departments to plan and promote college events such as open days, graduation ceremonies, and other special events, with tailored communication and media strategies.
· Brand consistency:
o Ensure all marketing and design materials align with the college’s branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual and messaging identity.
· Digital marketing:
o Oversee email marketing campaigns, digital advertising, SEO/SEM efforts, and track website traffic to evaluate the performance of online marketing strategies.
· Collaboration:
o Work closely with admissions, academic departments, and external
o Reporting and analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design. (Fresh graduates are welcomed too)
· Graphic design skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
· Video production skills: Experience in filming, editing, and producing short video clips (using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
Skills
· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
· Experience in managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
· Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
