Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.
- Maintain document archives Both electronic (via Electronic Document Management Systems/EDMS) & hard copy while ensuring all records-management activities adhere to good practices, policies and legal requirements
- Generate various document control reports as and when required (e.g. weekly report)
- Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain document control logs and registers.
- Support project teams on document control procedures and systems.
- Act as a point of contact for document control queries and issues.
- Prepare regular reports on document control status and activities.
- Track and monitor the progress of document submissions and approvals.
- Undertake any other ad hoc project/duties assigned.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondences.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Document Controller in the Construction industry.
- Familiarity with project management.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, multitask, priorities, anticipate needs and meet the deadlines as needed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a positive work attitude.
