Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Training & Coaching: Design and deliver training programs tailored to the specific needs of the sales team. Coach individual team members to enhance sales performance, productivity, and goal achievement.
  • Team Development: Provide continuous mentoring and support to sales representatives, focusing on their professional development and skill improvement in selling Telco products, including mobility solutions, IoT, security, and cloud services.
  • Sales Strategy Alignment: Work closely with sales leadership to align coaching initiatives with overall sales strategies, objectives, and company goals. Help implement sales techniques that drive success in the Telco market.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices: Share industry insights, sales strategies, and best practices to elevate the team’s understanding of the Telco market, trends, and solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date with Telco industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure that the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques.

Key Requirements

  • Experience 7 10 years of experience in Telco sales, including hands on selling carrying quota and prior experience in coaching or mentoring sales teams.
  • Industry Expertise Deep knowledge of the Telco market, including mobility solutions, IoT, security, and cloud services.
  • Coaching Mentorship Proven track record of coaching and mentoring sales teams to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Acumen Strong understanding of sales processes, upselling and cross selling techniques, and strategies for managing a product mix to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams.
  • Problem Solving Analytical Skills Ability to assess sales performance, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
