Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of the importance of customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. You will play a vital role in maintaining our brand reputation by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with care and professionalism.

GLEAM TEAM Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Centric Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, complaints, and comments across email, chat, social media, and other platforms, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring swift resolutions that uphold our brand values.
  • Returns & Product Issues: Process product returns and address issues related to product quality, defects, or usage concerns while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
  • Shipping & Fulfillment Support: Manage and resolve shipping delays, lost packages, incorrect orders, or packing errors by collaborating with logistics and fulfillment teams.
  • Proactive Service: Monitor and manage customer feedback and ratings, actively taking measures to maintain high service standards and prevent dissatisfaction.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a professional tone in all communications, ensuring every response reflects Lumi Beauty’s commitment to excellence and customer care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve service processes and ensure timely resolutions for complex customer concerns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Lumi Beauty’s product range, policies, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful support.

What does it take to be part of the GLEAM TEAM:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the e-commerce or beauty industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft thoughtful, professional responses tailored to each customer’s needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer concerns.
  • Experience in using customer service tools and software.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and how it impacts brand reputation.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passion for beauty and wellness products is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
