Salary package: RM3000-3800 basic (depend on highest education certificate and years of working experience) + allowances

Working time: 24/7 Shift (Rotate by quarter) 5 days a weeks and 2 days of day

Job Description:

  • Develop excellent product knowledge to enhance customer's experience and support.
  • Provide customer's guidance in order to address the concerns raised, both on the deliveries and other issues.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the allocated time.
  • Adhere to the quality process set to ensure that we are providing accurate and timely service to the customer's.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in speaking in English
  • Fresh graduates with Diploma and Degree are encouraged to apply as training will be provided for 1 month
  • Able to work on a rotational shift
  • 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive rest day off – Rest day can be on weekend or weekdays
  • Comfortable to speak and assists both, local and international customers

Allowances:

  • Fix contact centre allowance: RM200/month
  • Night shift allowance: RM300 to RM450/month
