Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm) Job Responsibilities: 1. Handle full set book-keeping under guidance 2. Posting of AR, AP transactions,s and journal entries 3. Verify supplier invoices and prepare payment vouchers 4. Monitor company cash flow 5. Update monthly bank reconciliation 6. Prepare and reconcile related companies' transaction 7. Assist in preparing management reports(monthly profits & loss statement) 8. Check all transactions are supported with documents and approval due for payment 9. Assist team in liaising with the external auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers for audit compliance, tax-related and banking-related matters 10. Experienced in using AUTOCOUNT (ADDED ADVANTAGE) 11. Other tasks as assigned by the HOD and management. Job Requirements: •Having a Diploma in Accounting and above •Fresh Graduates are welcome •Good English verbal and written communication skills •Able to organize tasks and meet financial deadlines •5 days of work per week •Able to work in Kelana Jaya
