JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform monthly payroll, attendance and leave record management. Experience in using Million payroll system is an added advantage. - Perform monthly payment of statutory contributions. - Handle foreign worker working permit application and renewal process. - Manage recruitment process and prepare correspondences to relevant parties. - Manage and maintain HR and Admin records and documentations. - Any ad hoc tasks as delegated by the Management from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management/Development or any equivalent fields. - At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR or related fields. - Familiar with Sarawak Labour Ordinance (SLO) and their latest amendments. - Able to maintain confidentiality. - Good command over Microsoft Office. - Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks. - Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as good team player, willing to learn and grow, well organized and highly committed. - Able to start work immediately is preferred.
