KITCHEN HELPER

• Working under the Senior Chefs of the Kitchen, you are expected to Perform a variety of operational duties such as but not limited to dishwashing. • Cleaning and distributing dish, kitchenware and other items in the kitchen and/or the F&B outlets to ensure that these operate efficiently and effectively. • Assist hotel chef(s) preparing meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients. • Packing take-out orders as needed. • Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards. • Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required. • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation. • To ensure that the Kitchen is run and maintained hygienically, efficiently and safely. • Maintains standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. • Notifying superiors of necessary repairs. • Follow all instructions from the Hotel’s chef(s) and/or Management. • You may also be assigned other administrative and/or operational duties from time to time by the Management.
