Job Responsibilities Update and input company accounting data. Update and maintain general ledger, accounting journals, and financial records. Record financial transactions such as purchases, sales, payments, and receipts. Prepare and review invoices, vouchers, and receipts. Assist in preparing tax reports such as GST/SST. Help prepare required documents for annual financial audits. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is an advantage. At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or finance is preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Experience in using accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, MYOB, or other accounting systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications for data management. Detail-oriented and systematic in managing financial documents and account reports.
