Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Assist with processing invoices and payment requests.

      • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

        Expense Management:

        • Assist with tracking and categorizing company expenses.
        • Help prepare reports related to expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval.

          Payroll Support:

          • Assist with processing payroll by collecting timesheets and employee data.
          • Help verify calculations and ensure payments are accurate.

            Financial Reporting:

            • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
            • Help prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial summaries.

              Communication:

              • Communicate with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding financial inquiries.
              • Assist in addressing and resolving accounting-related queries.

                Compliance and Auditing:

                • Help ensure financial records comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
                • Assist in preparing documents for internal or external audits.

  • Education: A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is beneficial but not always required.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and financial reporting is crucial.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Microsoft Excel) is important.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address discrepancies or issues within financial records.
