- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Malaysia Airlines' and Firefly Airlines’ business objectives & revenue goals. - Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and innovation. - Oversee the creation and implementation of digital campaigns across various channels including CRM, Web & App Content, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine - Optimisation (SEO), Display advertising, Affiliates, Metasearch, Mobile marketing and more. - Lead regional partnership function across all International POS (Point of Sales) to drive incremental uplift in Revenue & Digital penetration. - Lead the digital insights, planning & analytics team to create campaign dashboards & insights on conversion funnel, channel ROI etc to better understand effectiveness of marketing strategies. - Lead the Digital Revenue Council meeting & project timeline to ensure timeliness of digital product & solutions roll out to drive product innovation. - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns, continuously monitoring key performance metrics and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital Solutions, Revenue Management, Sales & Ancillary to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives. - Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives within cost constraints. - Drive collaboration with external agencies and vendors, overseeing the selection, negotiation, and management of contracts to support digital marketing initiatives.
