Position: Accounts & Admin Internship
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Headcount(s): 1
Duration: 6 months (with a chance for permanent placement based on performance and business needs)
Start Date: Immediate starters are highly preferred

This internship presents a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in accounting and administrative support while being part of a collaborative and professional team. This role will work closely with and to assist the Accounts & Finance Executive and provide support to the HR, Accounting, Admin, and Finance departments with day-to- day operations.
Key Role & Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Support:
· Assist in maintaining financial records, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
· Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
· Assist in bank reconciliations, financial record updates, and timely data entries into the accounting system.
· Organize supporting schedules and documents for audits, tax filings, and other financial reviews.
· Assist with SST filing and compliance-related tasks.
· Assist with processing invoices, payments, claims and receipts while ensuring accuracy and record-keeping.
· Collaborate with the Accounts & Finance team to monitor expenses and support departmental budget tracking.
Administrative Support:
· Perform general administrative tasks, such as document filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
· Assist in office operations, including inventory management and purchasing office supplies.
· Support the tracking of claims and reimbursements for employees.
· Help organize records and prepare internal reports for Accounting, Finance, and Admin teams.
· Provide any ad hoc support as required by management and the Accounts/Finance/HR/Admin team.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Education: Open to fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
· Basic understanding of accounting or financial principles.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL, UBS, Xero, or QuickBooks is a plus. SQL is highly preferred.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
· Availability: Candidates who can start immediately are highly preferred.
Work Arrangements
· Location: Fully office-based, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
· Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary Range
RM800 to RM1,000 per month
