Job Scope / Responsibilities :
- Daily follow up, check, confirm, Posting transaction entry for purchase invoice, credit note, debit note.
- Monthly check and prepare supplier statement reconciliation, follow up with related department or supplier for the documents not yet received.
- Preparation payment voucher before schedule deadline.
- Daily highlight problem facing or problem notice and reporting to superior.
Requirements :
- Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in relevant field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
