Telesales Consultant | Business to Business (AUS Market)

Position: Book Telesales Consultant (business to business experience) Industry: Software Solutions Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable/conversion to permanent based on performance) Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 11am – 7pm (follow AUS time) Working Location: Menara Great Eastern 2, 50, Jalan Ampang, 50450, Kuala Lumpur Salary: Basic up to RM5,000 with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance + commission JOB SUMMARY Supporting the sales of books and ebooks across APAC markets, targeting sectors including tax and accounting firms, corporates, legal firms, government agencies, and university libraries. Primary Responsibilities: • Execute sales of books and eBooks across multiple sectors • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline • Manage client relationships to drive retention and repeat sales • Understand market specific requirements to provide tailored solutions WHO CAN APPLY? • Minimum SPM/Diploma holder. • Fresh graduates with a passion for telesales are encouraged to apply. • 1–3 years of relevant experience in telesales, call center (sales over the phone), or B2B experience. • Background in tax accounting or legal fields is an advantage. • Excellent communication skills HOW TO APPLY?
