Job Opportunity: Head Physiotherapist at Lecadia Primacare Centre

Lecadia Primacare Centre, a premier aged care facility in Kuala Lumpur, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Physiotherapist to lead our Physiotherapy Department. This pivotal role offers the chance to design and implement impactful rehabilitation programs for our residents, while driving innovation in aged care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Physiotherapy Department, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs, particularly in stroke recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, and cardiac care.
• Design structured, written chartered rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide progress updates to families, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care for residents.
• Train and mentor junior staff on rehabilitation techniques and best practices.
• Monitor and improve departmental processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on rehabilitation in stroke, post-surgical, and cardiac care being a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to develop and document structured rehabilitation programs.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in liaising with family members about patient progress.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
