Responsibilities
- Review of tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness.
- Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of proposals and tenders including obtaining engineering, estimating and procurement information.
- Submit a detailed response to the enquiry documentation and provide answers/response to any subsequent request for clarification.
- Develop costing as part of the quotation process.
- Ensure that tenders meet company technical & commercial guidelines
- Maintain a good filing system for all Company proposals.
- Support Superior and other personnel on other functions such as Sales, Marketing and Administrative functions.
- Continuous improvement processed & suggest enhancements to increase efficiency & service quality
- Demonstrate personal commitment to comply with all legal/company HSE requirements and actively participate in all HSE-related activities / programs / campaigns organized by the company.
- Undertake any Ad Hoc assignment & other duties as and when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
