Are you ready to elevate your career as a Senior Product QA Developer?

The Senior Product QA Developer – DevOps is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of the testing infrastructure. Ensure all testing machines comply with security requirements.

What you will be doing:

  • At this level, the Senior QA Developer works entirely independently, owns projects, and provides mentoring in addition to being a subject matter expert (SEM). Mastery of Product QA Developer duties and responsibilities.
  • Develops and maintains manual and automated test processes to ensure product quality and reliability. Manages metrics and advanced reporting techniques.
  • Partners across teams to support quality processes as a collaborative effort. Independently owns projects. Mentors the team on process and product capabilities.
  • Estimates new software changes. Completes debug root cause analysis. Leads requirements reviews, providing recommendations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Strong Communication skills to communicate their findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrates a problem-solving mentality and passion for quality. Senior QA should lead the way in designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Should have a strong understanding of and strong skills in using performance testing methodologies to identify software bottlenecks and scalability issues. While only sometimes required, knowledge of security testing principles and tools can be an asset for senior QA testers, especially for companies that handle sensitive data.
  • Should be experts in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Oversee the test automation infrastructure for multiple product versions.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of the process to ensure the automation infrastructure executes auto-tests and delivers results on the testing portals within the expected timeframe.
  • Create and configure virtual machines (VMs) for automated testing of new versions.

What could set you apart:

  • 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • 3+ years of test automation experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
