Responsibilities:

 Attend to all the company secretarial matters in accordance with the Company Acts.
 Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory and related documents.
 Provide company secretarial services in preparation of pre- and post- Board of Directors’ and Board Committee meetings, Annual General Meetings and internal management meetings.
 Attend to corporate exercises, company formation, winding up, etc.
 Ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents including statutory books.
 Assist in enhancing workflows and systems of the secretarial department.
 Handle secretarial duties with minimum supervision.
 Communicate with clients on all secretarial related matters.
 Liaise and deal with SSM, LHDN, KWSP, SOCSO, bankers and lawyers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
