Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing Management: Oversee and manage sales and marketing efforts for company products in the assigned territory. Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and quotations to meet sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations. Maintain demo equipment and provide technical insights into products.
- Market Research: Analyse competitors and industry trends to develop and implement strategies that enhance market presence and identify new opportunities.

- After-Sales Support: Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed sales and marketing reports on a monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual basis to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Client Outreach: Actively engage in client outreach through scheduled visits, strategic cold calling, and proactive client engagement initiatives to expand and strengthen the customer base.
Pre-requisites:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, Photonics) or Physics, or a related field.
- Transportation: Must possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel extensively.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Personal Attributes: Excellent self-presentation and business etiquette. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Work Ethic: Proactive, self-motivated, and independent with a results-oriented approach and a drive to achieve targets.
