Job Purpose / Job Summary

Conduct failure analysis on electronic components and systems using a variety of techniques, including microscopy, electrical testing, and chemical analysis.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify the root cause of failures and develop solutions.
Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future failures.
Document and communicate failure analysis results and recommendations to cross-functional teams and management.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Failure Analysis or a related field in the manufacturing, semiconductor or electronics industry.
Computer knowledge Specialized knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
Skills: Experience in FMEA and Control Plans, knowledge in GD&T, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R.
Abilities: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Working Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a molding or manufacturing environment
