HR ASSISTANT We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role will support the HR department in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of HR services. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, and other HR functions, starting in mid-January 2025. Key Responsibilities :- 1.Recruitment and On-boarding : Assist in posting job advertisements and coordinating recruitment processes Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers. Support the on-boarding process, including preparing documents and conducting orientations. 2.Employee Records Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system. Ensure proper filing and documentation of contracts, leaves, and appraisals. 3.HR Administration : Prepare HR-related correspondence and reports as needed. Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and events. Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. 4.Payroll and Benefits Support : Assist in collecting and verifying attendance and leave records. Provide support in payroll processing and employee benefits administration. 5.Compliance and Policies : Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs. Qualifications and Skills :- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (fresh graduates with HR internships are welcome to apply). Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software is an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Team player with a proactive attitude.
