ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Clerk to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient operation of the office by managing supplies, handling communications, maintaining documentation, and providing support to various departments. Key Responsibilities Perform overall office receptionist duties which include screening incoming calls and answer to general enquires. Handle all incoming and outgoing mails and couriers. Attend to walk in customer and visitors in a friendly & professional manner. Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for easy retrieval. Provide comprehensive administrative support to different departments as needed. Handle General Admin duties such as:- - Purchase, negotiate & maintain office & pantry supplies - Maintain good & tidy condition of the reception area, office & meeting / conference room Handle travel arrangement:- Flight bookings, accommodation and transportation arrangement, Handle ad-hoc admin and assignments when required by superior. Requirements: Minimum of a Diploma in any related field and at least 1-2 years working experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to communicate and write effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Good team player. Organize, resourceful and independent. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities.
