- Handle incoming calls,messages and email
- Manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports and other related documentations.
- Perform all secretarial duties, administrative, confidential matters as assigned.
- Maintain proper filing system for smooth data retrieving.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with other departments and external parties
- Prepare daily correspondence and other printing material
- Facilities the establishment of private limited companies (Sdn Bhd) and registration of 'Trading' or 'Enterprise' businesses.
- Handle the transfer of company shares.
- Manage the appointment and resignation of directors
- Update registered office addresses for companies, and provide sufficient statutory documents.
- Compile and submit company documents to SSM(Companies of Malaysia)
- Prepare invoices and statements of outstanding payments, as well as follow up on invoice payments
- Ensure all incoming correspondence is scanned, stored in proper files, and copies are sent to clients via email or 'WhatsApp' application.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM/ A Level/ Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field
- Required languages(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Excellent organization, problem solving and communication skills
