About the Role

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
    • Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records with the utmost discretion.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
    • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and travel arrangements.
    • Ensure seamless communication within the team and external partners.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong multitasking skills with a proactive approach to managing tasks and challenges.
