Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure seamless communication within the team and external partners.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong multitasking skills with a proactive approach to managing tasks and challenges.
