[Urgent Hiring] Mandarin Customer Service Representative
Working shift: 9 hours including 1 hour break Off days: 2 days per week Locations: Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya / Cheras (Reachable by public transport) Salary packages: Basic + KPI + other allowances (depends on interview performances such as language ability, working experiences, and education levels)
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Malaysian who does not exceed 40 y/o
- Possess at least SPM qualifications
- Able to converse in both Mandarin and English
- Cantonese will be an added advantage
- No experience required (Open for FRESH GRADUATES!)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work during public holidays
