Responsibilities:
1. To greet customers with smile, approach customer with proper timing and sincere attitude.
2. To assist in improving store facilities and environment to attract more customers.
3.Answering internal and external incoming calls.
4. Make outgoing calls, transfer or make internal connection.
5. Welcoming and receiving of Company Guest.
6. Handling telephone enquiry from our customers regarding all store activities and promotions.
7. Handling customer complaints through telephone regarding merchandise, promotions and etc. ensure forward the calls to person in charge.
8. Make an announcement through the public system
Requirements:
1. Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
2. Possess minimum education level, SPM and above.
3. Able to converse in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
4. Presentable with good personality and positive attitude.
5. Highly discipline person.
