Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, formulate and implement appropriate programmes to ensure that the Branch achieves consistent and constant growth in terms of business revenue and profit in accordance with the Company’s Business Plan.
- Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of operational and organisational efficiency and effectiveness via continuous examination and review of processes and procedures and integration and enhancement of services with the view to promote greater effectiveness, lower cost and excellent customer service.
- Responsible to ensure that the quality systems are effectively implemented and to further ensure strict compliance with the requirements of the system.
- Responsible to ensure that all operating, management information and other IT systems are implemented, monitored and maintained.
- Responsible to ensure that all debts and other monies due are promptly collected in accordance with agreed terms and in compliance with pre-determined targets as set out in the annual business plan and budget.
- Ensure employees are skilled and trained while maintaining a motivated workforce and a positive industrial relations climate.
- Optimize human resources and maintain relationships with government bodies like Customs and Municipal authorities.
- Monitor, report, and address issues related to ISO Quality Management System processes.
Job Requirement:
- Holds at least a Diploma in Business Management related studies or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in Logistics and Warehousing.
- Good understanding in Logistics and Warehouse operations.
- Having knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an added advantage.
- Have a good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate.
