· Process purchase order (PO) according to the deadline given by sales manager

· Process invoice based on approval purchase order (PO)

· Process invoice based on B2B website (outright)

· Communicate with Sales Executive or customer if there is any inquiry regarding purchase order (PO) or invoice

· Administrative duties

- Filling invoice

- Transporter claim

- Update cash sales

- Update stock balance

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
