Menu Management & Data Entry: Maintain and update menus consistently across all platforms, including the website, POS systems (e.g., StoreHub, Xilnex), and online delivery platforms (FoodPanda, GrabFood, Odamakan, Misi). Ensure product details, including descriptions, prices, images, and variations, are accurate and synchronized across systems.
Online Delivery Platform Management: Oversee setup, registration, and configuration of accounts on new delivery platforms. Monitor platform statuses, ensuring uptime and smooth functionality for all delivery channels.
System Implementation & Integration: Plan and manage the implementation of new systems, such as POS software, API integrations, or third party tools.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Oversee the resolution of technical issues related to POS systems, online delivery platforms, and website integrations.
Process Optimization & Automation: Identify and lead opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation tools or workflows.
Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee system performance and platform usage, ensuring all services operate at optimal levels.
Team & Vendor Management: Supervise and mentor the IT support team to ensure high quality service delivery
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
