  • Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance uptime and reduce downtime. Work closely with other departments to minimize production interruptions and meet the required output specifications.
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, equipment performance, and downtime.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment uptime, production output, and maintenance efficiency.
  • Maintain a detailed inventory of spare parts for all critical equipment, ensuring that essential components are readily available for repairs. Keep a record of spare parts usage and procure new parts as necessary.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety, environmental, and operational regulations. Prepare reports for internal audits, regulatory inspections, and performance reviews.
