We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR & Admin Manager to lead our Human Resources and administrative operations. This position plays a critical role in managing recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and overall office administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Conduct training programs and performance evaluations to promote employee development.
- Administer payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts to align with legal and organizational requirements.
- Supervise office operations, budgets, and administrative records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and implement HR best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience in managing budgets and office operations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
