Responsibilities:

  • Create product presentation materials and deliver training sessions to sales teams to develop competitive strategies, actionable plans, and improve product presentation skills for both sales teams and partners.
  • Design and provide tailored training programs for existing and new products.
  • Monitor business performance and external market conditions using appropriate tools, implementing corrective actions to meet business goals.
  • Conduct pricing analyses, competitor studies, and assessments of product features and marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and lead product development initiatives and strategies.
  • Manage stock aging for assigned products to optimize inventory turnover.
  • Actively develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to expand business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Engage directly with designated accounts and industries to drive growth.
  • Recommend and implement collaborative activities with channel partners to align with business, sales, and marketing objectives.
  • Address inquiries, resolve feedback, and handle any operational or sales-related issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant industry.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, exercise initiative, and collaborate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team while effectively communicating project updates to management.
  • Experience in account planning, prospecting, and navigating client organizations.
  • Results-driven with a successful track record in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and marketing within the ICT industry, including channel management, sales planning, and P&L management.
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, and skilled at building relationships and networking.
  • Willingness to travel and possession of own transport for work-related activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
