POSITION SUMMARY:

Focus on both B2B and B2C for attracting and retaining healthcare consumers, promoting the hospital's services, and contributing to overall success by creating a positive and lasting impression towards Avisena Healthcare.

Contributes to the unit and departmental and group objectives and effectively communicates with team, developing an environment in which latest information is shared among team members.

Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy for Avisena Healthcare and serving as the brand custodian. Ensuring that brand guidelines are successfully executed for the growth of brand presence in the healthcare industry.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing & Communications:

1. Internal Communications:

· Facilitate effective communication within the organization.

· Keep employees informed about key developments, fostering a sense of unity and understanding.

· Coordinating with cross-functional services or departments in managing International Patient (IP) treatment flow.

2. Collaboration:

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

· Collaborate with medical professionals to accurately represent healthcare services in marketing materials.

· Collaborate with media partners to coordinate and arrange for interviews or media coverage.

· Cultivate relationships with health-related establishments and corporate clients to be part of preferred hospitals for health awareness highlights.

3. Content Creation and Management:

· Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's online presence.

· Manage social media platforms, physical promotional campaigns, and online advertising for consumer engagement.

· Develop compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, and promotional materials.

· Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication platforms.

· Ensure that content aligns with the hospital's brand and resonates with the targeted audience.

· Develop educational materials and campaigns to inform the community about healthcare services, preventive measures, and wellness programs as part of the CSR initiative.

· Track media coverage and sentiment to gauge public perception.

· Managing paid advertising campaigns as per the targeted audience outline.

4. Event Support:

· Provide support for consumer-focused events and activities locally or internationally.

· Coordinate the hospital's participation in events, health fairs, and other local initiatives to enhance brand visibility toward community and corporate clients.

· Collaborate with the Branding & Event and PR team to ensure a seamless and engaging consumer experience.

5. Market Research:

· Identify opportunities for product/service improvement and effective marketing strategies.

· Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and trends before executing relevant promotions or campaigns.

6. Monitoring and Analysis:

· Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.

· Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.

General:

1. Strategic Planning:

· Managing and implement hospital B2C & B2B strategies aligned with organizational goals.

· Craft communication plans to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

· Utilizing the annual departmental budgets to ensure optimal return on every expenditure and investment.

· Creating and implementing work improvement initiatives with positive outcomes.

2. Adaptability:

· Stay abreast of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Embrace innovative approaches to communication.

· To follow all Avisena Healthcare policies.

· To support the departmental HOU and HOD in devising business focus and market strategies for the upcoming year in advance, and execute assigned tasks.

· To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the HOD or designated representative on behalf of the management.

3. Compliance:

· Stay informed about industry regulations, and client contract arrangements and ensure all communications adhere to legal and ethical standards.

· To maintain confidentiality of any form of information, or strategies from Avisena to any external parties either in written or verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Planning & Event Organizing: 1 year (Required)
