Role Description
This is a full-time on-site at All Aboard Young Leaders Centre located in Miri. The Learning Officer must be keen to work in a private organisation, passionate about education, developing children and youth and will be managing end-to-end Chumbaka after-school management, quality monitoring and delivery (mentoring) while helping to develop, coordinate and implement student recruitment strategies, including information sessions, visits and related recruitment efforts to prospective students, teachers and parents Centre/Chumbaka Miri. The Learning Officer will also manage the AAYLC MakerSpace and collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify partnership opportunities and collaborate with schools, universities, community and ecosystem partners, and other identified stakeholders.
Qualifications
1. Young professional/experienced hire from Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, and/or similar technical backgrounds;
2. Computer skills including experience in using hardware and software are an advantage;
3. Strong written and verbal communications skills and experience working with content in multiple mediums;
4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment;
5. Demonstrated ability to coordinate, manage and execute project requirements while managing multiple stakeholders;
6. Passion and fair experience in managing promotional initiatives;
7. Ability to lead while at the same time work effectively as part of a team;
8. Flexibility to travel as and when needed; and
9. Fast learner, self-driven, a positive attitude and willingness to jump in and tackle new challenges.
Working hours: Average 40 hours per week (may differ based on needs)

Other duties: To support the Programme team and operations as and when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
