Incepsion Consultants sdn bhd is a forward thinking organization focused on excellence in Civil Consultants We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Administrative Officer to ensure the smooth operation of our office and manage essential HR and payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
- Perform clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents such as correspondence, memos, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize general office files and documentation.
- Develop and manage the recruitment process, including:
- Reviewing job advertisements.
- Screening CVs.
- Conducting telephone interviews.
- Coordinating interview teams and participating in interviews.
- Ensuring all recruitment documentation is properly filed.
- Collaborate with the Accounts team to prepare monthly payroll.
- Support financial tasks, including processing invoices, managing expenses, and coordinating payroll-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage interactions with relevant bodies, such as Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Labor Relations certification is an advantage.
- Strong experience in dealing with statutory bodies and familiarity with statutory payment processes.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
- Possession of a valid Class “D” or Class “B” driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
