Incepsion Consultants sdn bhd is a forward thinking organization focused on excellence in Civil Consultants We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Administrative Officer to ensure the smooth operation of our office and manage essential HR and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
  • Perform clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents such as correspondence, memos, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize general office files and documentation.
  • Develop and manage the recruitment process, including:
  • Reviewing job advertisements.
  • Screening CVs.
  • Conducting telephone interviews.
  • Coordinating interview teams and participating in interviews.
  • Ensuring all recruitment documentation is properly filed.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to prepare monthly payroll.
  • Support financial tasks, including processing invoices, managing expenses, and coordinating payroll-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage interactions with relevant bodies, such as Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Labor Relations certification is an advantage.
  • Strong experience in dealing with statutory bodies and familiarity with statutory payment processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
  • Possession of a valid Class “D” or Class “B” driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
