Responsible for customer correspondence and order, to co-ordinate sales activities and shipment plan to ensure timely delivery to customer.

Reports to Senior Sales Administrator

  • In-charge of overall sales administration record.
  • Coordinate with customer on shipping requirement inclusive of document needs and receiving restriction.
  • Liaise with Logistic Coordinator for shipment arrangement on timely delivery. Generate Pick List for Logistic Coordinator on shipment arrangement and for Warehouse Team on cargoes preparation.
  • Prepare invoice should it's required, inclusive of tooling sales, samples sales and any other miscellaneous charges.
  • Liaise with customer for order processing and ensure order received in correct pricing against quoted price.
  • Monitor finish goods inventory and review raw material inventory against with reference to customer forecast with Planner for order processing.
  • Coordinate on new project development.
  • Ensure finish goods allocate to correct segment, brand owner and warehouse in system.
  • Coordinate with internal team for any customer complaint.
  • Prepare credit/debit requisition for finance necessary action.
  • Prepare quotation, Weekly Report, Project Request meeting minutes and Project Request when necessary.
  • Prepare Customer Satisfaction Survey and update report for ISO audit purpose.
  • Debts collection.
  • As directed, to perform other duties of similar and associated nature of work.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in related field.
  • Well verse in Bahasa and English.
  • Able to work independently and resourceful.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
