Job Summary
- Provide customer service assistance to visitors and clients. This involved answering calls and processing them appropriately, answering visitor concerns and requests and fostering a welcoming environment. This also includes handling administrative duties on demand.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients with a positive attitude.
- To meet and greet clients entering organization and directing individuals to the appropriate person and office.
- Keeping track of personnel's whereabouts and maintaining visitor records for those visiting the plants.
- Assist with a variety of administrative duties which includes arranging courier, inventory for printed materials.
- To keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
- Handling incoming calls professionally and routing of calls to the appropriate parties.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveries.
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Education & Qualification
- Minimum Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ “O” Level or equivalent qualification recognized.

- Basic computer skill.
