Responsibilities:Frontdesk & Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Manage patient appointments and daily schedules using clinic software.
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist patients with registration.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Process payments and issue receipts to patients.

Other Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support clinic operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in a relevant field is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Comfortable working in front of a camera for live sessions.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Energetic, friendly, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
