Responsibilities:Frontdesk & Receptionist Duties:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage patient appointments and daily schedules using clinic software.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist patients with registration.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and issue receipts to patients.
Other Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support clinic operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Comfortable working in front of a camera for live sessions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Energetic, friendly, and willing to learn new skills.
- Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
