Being an Operation Support in assisting clients for application and operation matters right from beginning until obtaining the approval permit in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITY:
1) To respond customers’ enquiries on import permit requests (via phone calls or emails)
2) To check documents received from customers especially related with their import permit enquiries
3) To update daily jobs in the database
4) To request quotations from account departments
5) To apply SIRIM import permit and other regulatory agencies as & when needed
6) To consult regulatory agencies like SIRIM on any related issues with import permit as & when necessary
7) Ad Hoc Job
- To assist any other ad hoc jobs requested by the management as & when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least SPM, STPM or Diploma/Degree in Administration
- Dedicated and committed to work
- Able to work on night shift
- Able to complete the job in timely manner
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail & highly focused person
- Possess valid driving license
- Working experience with forwarding agents and dealing with customer services, will be an added advantage

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
