Roles and responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing new methods/technology of teaching to relect changes in research.
2. Designing, preparing and developing teaching materials.
3. Delivering lectures, seminars and tutorials.
4. Assessing students' coursework.
5. Setting, invigilate and marking examinations.
6. Undertaking personal research projects and actively contributing to the Institution's research proile.
7. Development and participation in staff training activities.
8. Undertaking administrative tasks related to the department, such as students' admission, induction program, involvement in committees and boards and graduation ceremonies.
9. Establishing collaborative links outside the Institution with industrial, commercial and public organization.
10. Undertake other relevant tasks/duties/responsibilities directed by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. Must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree in TESL/English language related with a minimum of 1 year working experience or Master's degree from a recognized University.
2. Preferably candidates with 1-2 years of tertiary-level teaching experience.
3. Candidates with industrial experience are welcome to apply.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with high oral and written competency in English.
5. Have passion in teaching, research and willing to go the extra mile to provide quality education to students
6. Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
