Job Description
You will support the business in driving revenue and growth of our Business Conferences and Trainings events. This role is ideal for a candidate keen on developing a career in international B2B sales across different products and industries. This position allows you to develop deep knowledge of a wide range of industries and market sectors both in Malaysia and abroad. Your main objective will be to promote our events to senior-level decision-makers in major organizations throughout Asia & the Middle East.
Your role includes the following:·
- Conduct research to build a customer database
- Build business contacts via phone
- Construct personal client leads list(s)
- Contact senior-level decision-makers to join our international events
- Achieve event targets
- Develop new accounts and expand the customer base in both domestic and international markets
- Manage client services which include quoting, customer development, and the sale of our diverse and technical products
- Respond to client needs and requirements with appropriate solutions
- Create presentations to market products to various decision-making audiences
- Oversee the entire sales process from start to finish with each customer
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Be self-motivated, resilient and results-driven in pursuing and achieving objectives
- Proficient with MS Office, email, and internet technology
- Able to understand and work effectively with the specifications and applications of a technical product line
- Must be able to write and speak fluent English
- Good research skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exhibits excellent time management skills and is very detail-oriented
- Energetic, confident, and motivated with the ability to think on your feet
- Preferably a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
