  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, phone, social media).
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

    Order Management:

    • Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TIKTOK, company website.)
    • Assist packing team whenever needed
    • Coordinate with logistics to ensure parcels are collected
    • Handling & process returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.
