Customer Service:- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, phone, social media).
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information and guide customers through the buying process.
- Track customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate department if needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Serve walk in customers
Order Management:- Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TIKTOK, company website.)
- Assist packing team whenever needed
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure parcels are collected
- Handling & process returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.
