Full Time - Spa Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the spa, salon, or beauty industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring service excellence. • Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve service quality, client satisfaction, and sales targets. • Develop and implement operational procedures, promotional campaigns, and customer retention strategies. • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations. • Manage inventory, including ordering and monitoring product usage. • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for staff to enhance skills and motivation. • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a personalized and memorable experience. • Travel as required for training, business expansion, or attending industry events. Qualifications and Requirements • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the spa, salon, or beauty industry. • Certification in Spa/Salon Management or Beauty Therapy, with SKM Level 3 or higher. • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams effectively. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and handle complaints professionally. • Willingness and ability to travel for work purposes.
