Essential Function: 1. Responsible for QAQC related issues, SOP/ISO compliance & initiate continuous improvement. Job Description: 1. Responsible to provide all information to customer as required, which is Quality related (Product, Return, Replacement, Specification, QMS, Audit). 2. Responsible to work with internal functional teams to meet the needs of the customer. 3. Timely response to customer complaint as define the procedure or customer prescribed manner. 4. Perform customer complaint corrective action for implementation and effectives. 5. To provide any on-site support to customer during customer audit. 6. Perform analysis and validation of customer returned parts. 7. Effectively manage Return Material Authorization procedure. 8. Responsible for product and material reliability testing. 9. Effectively manage Deviation Authorization Procedure. 10. Responsible for customer request / Corrective Action 11. Implement data collection, analysis to meet the requirement. 12. To coordinate product return / in house purge re-screen activities as effectively. 13. Work closely with internal functional team to achieve customer product Quality performance. 14. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Quality/Industrial/Material Science Engineering or equivalent. 2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided 3. Computer savvy, good analytical, presentation & communication skill. 4. Self-starter, committed & able to meet deadline 5. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment. 6. Pleasant appearance & personality 7. Mandarin speaking candidate is highly advantageous in handling China customers.
