Job Summary: The Restaurant Group QA and Training Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all restaurant locations and overseeing the training and development of staff. This role involves implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting regular audits, and developing comprehensive training programs to maintain consistency and excellence in service and food quality. Key Responsibilities: • Quality Assurance: o Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. o Conduct regular inspections and audits of restaurant operations to ensure compliance with quality standards. o Analyze quality assurance data and identify areas for improvement. o Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to address and resolve quality issues. o Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards. • Training and Development: o Design and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development. o Conduct training sessions on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures. o Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. o Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Team Leadership: o Lead and mentor a team of trainers.(restaurant leaders) o Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure high performance and professional development. o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. • Reporting and Documentation: o Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance and training activities. o Document and track quality issues and resolutions. o Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance and training role within the food and beverage industry. • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. • Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software. Skills: • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
